A 20-year-old Derry woman charged with assault and threats to kill has been readmitted to bail following a breach of her conditions.
Sarah Moore, 20, of no fixed abode, appeared at Derry Magistrates Court on a breach of bail charge, which was accepted.
The defendant had been on bail following charges of common assault, threatening to kill three people, possession of Class B drug Cannabis and improper use of electronic communications.
All offences are alleged to have taken place on November 24, 2016.
The PSNI had no objection to bail and Moore was released to reside at Strand Foyer.
She was released on the same terms as before and told that she must comply with all directions provided by social services.
Moore will be before court again on January 26.
