Lore set to return to Dungiven with special Christmas concert

The Christmas concert will see the band performing in a candle lit setting.

County Derry band, Lore, with their quintessential folk style, are set for a special Christmas Concert at Glór Dhún Geimhin on Saturday, December 14 at 8pm.

The band will return home after their 10 Date Irish tour with Vocal Harmony Group G4.

The tour saw them perform in venues across Ireland.

Just in time for Christmas, Lore’s concert will bring some added festivity, with the band performing in a unique Candlelight setting.

This time Lore will be supported by Dungiven’s own Jim Millar who will bring his own repertoire of folk songs on the evening.

Lead Vocalist, Carolann, is excited about the opportunity to come back to Dungiven, just in time for some Christmas songs.

“We can’t wait to return to Dungiven with our special Candlelight show," she said.

"It will be a special setting to perform some Christmas songs and a few of our own as well.”

The band are also set for another unique collaboration in 2025 with Concerts alongside The Dublin Gospel Choir at Derry’s Millennium Forum and The Seamus Heaney Homeplace, Bellaghy.

Tickets for all Lore’s concerts are available here
