World renowned peace walker Arthur Burton has been spotted in Derry.

Mr Burton is a peace activist who campaigns for nuclear disarmament and has walked all over the world for nearly 25 years.

He was spotted in Culmore on Wednesday by Derry man Jason Hughes.

He walks with two peace flags – the Earth Flag and the World Citizen Flag.

It has been reported that he lives the spiritual life of Satya Yogi and Satyagrahi, has never been married, has never had any alcohol or smoked any substance and since the age of 20 has been strict vegetarian and now mainly raw-vegan.
