Derry writer Freya McClements has been shortlisted for the Best Reviewer Award by Sabotage Reviews.
Ms McClements who has been writing reviews for the Irish Times for the past ten years, heard the news about a month ago that sabotagereviews.com had shortlisted her for the Saboteur Awards 2017.

Sabotage Reviews is an online platform which celebrates every year the best of indie literature. The voting process for the awards is now closed and the Saboteurs will announce results on May 13 in Vout-O-Reenees, London.
Other than writing literary reviews for the Irish Times, Ms McClements has worked for BBC Radio Foyle and currently lectures in the North-West Regional College.
She also had her first collection of short stories, “The Dangerous Edge of Things” published in 2012, and is currently working on her first novel.
Freya McClements studied in Magdalen College Oxford, Trinity College Dublin and Dublin City University. She received a First Class Honours Degree as well as three Masters.
