A public meeting which was due to be held in Derry later today to discuss plans for a facility for people suffering from alcohol dependency at the former Nazareth House site has been cancelled.
The meeting had been due to take place at the Gasyard Centre at 5.30pm.
The meeting was called to discuss plans by Oaklee Trinity Ltd to build the 24 bedroom facility and 26 new social homes at the Bishop Street building.
The SDLP Foyle MLA Pat Ramsey has confirmed that the meeting has been cancelled and will now be re-scheduled for a later date.
