Ulster Bank will hold a mortgage event for first-time buyers at its Waterside branch on Friday 27th October from 10am to 4pm.
Hosted in conjunction with Co-Ownership Housing Association, the event is an ideal opportunity for anybody looking to buy their first house to get up to the minute information on the mortgage market.
Branch Manager, Mark Linton, said the bank has posted one of its busiest periods for mortgages and that Co-ownership mortgages had proved popular in the Derry area.
He said: “Whether you’re buying your first home, or even thinking of moving somewhere that better suits your needs, we’re committed to providing meaningful help for our customers. At this event, we’ll have our expert mortgage specialists on hand, in addition to representatives from Co-Ownership to provide a full range of guidance on some of the steps that you might need to consider when building your own home.”
