A television show, which featured a Dungiven family, has been revealed as the most watched programme in the North last Thursday night.
Rare Breed - A Farming Year pulled in an average audience of 130,000 viewers and a 25% share.
The show which featured three generations of the McGilligan family – Grandad Harry, son Sean and grandson Cahir – was a big hit with viewers.
The show continues tonight (Thursday at 8.30pm on UTV) with a look at May 2018.
It’s Balmoral Show time so the farmers are either feeling the heat with competing, or just soaking up the atmosphere of the show.
Nine-year-old Cahir McGilligan (pictured) from outside Dungiven is visiting the show with his family and dreaming of taking part himself one day.
