One hundred young people are gathering in Derry today for a chance to develop the apps of the future.
The students will take part in the Creative Schools App Challenge at St Cecilia’s College.
Students at secondary schools across the North West have been asked to put forward their best ideas for new mobile apps.
Over 500 young people took part, submitting over 160 ideas between them.
Today’s workshop will see the top 100 students develop their ideas further before presenting them to a panel of industry judges.
