League of Ireland referee Michelle O'Neill has been included on the list of assistant match officials for the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup.
This will be O'Neill's third World Cup where she will join Vera Pauw's Republic of Ireland side at this summer's tournament in Australia and New Zealand.

The Wexford native, who has been a match official at the Tokyo Olympics and the 2019 UEFA Super Cup final between Liverpool and Chelsea, will join 54 fellow assistant referees at the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup.
The Girls in Green have been drawn against co-hosts Australia, Canada and Nigeria in the group stage of this year's World Cup.
