The PSNI has warned motorists to take care while driving in the changeable weather conditions experienced in the northwest recently.
Police officers in Magherafelt said they were issuing a reminder after attending an accident yesterday evening.
Emergency services also attended the scene of the accident, which took place on the Magherafelt to Moneymore road.
"Thanks to those motorists on the Moneymore Road this evening for their patience whilst police dealt with the incident," they said.
