The PSNI have confirmed that they conducted a search of a house in the Lislane Drive area of Creggan yesterday.

Detective Inspector Adrian Brown said: "Detectives investigating dissident republican activity conducted a search at a house in the Creggan area of Derry on Tuesday 10th January. No arrests were made."

Speaking last night Independent Councillor Gary Donnelly described the raid as part of an 'intimidation campaign' by the PSNI 'against Republicans' in the Creggan area.
