A man has been charged with several offences in relation to a suspected stolen car pursued by police in Belfast.
The man, aged 33, was charged with offences including dangerous driving, driving when unfit through drink or drugs, aggravated vehicle taking causing damage, using a motor vehicle without insurance and no driving licence.
The charges relate to an incident on Monday involving a red Citroen C4 which had been reported stolen the previous day.
No serious injuries were reported linked to the incident, in which a taxi and two police vehicles were damaged.
The man is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
All charges are reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service as is normal procedure.
