Moran's Centra Strand Road named as one of Musgrave NI’s top fundraising stores

Musgrave NI has recognised Moran’s Centra Strand Road in Derry as one of the top fundraising Centra stores across Northern Ireland.

The store raised a whopping £3,309 in 2025, supporting Centra and SuperValu’s charity partner Action Cancer, helping to keep its Big Bus on the road and enabling the delivery of accessible breast screening and skin cancer detection services, plus health checks across Northern Ireland.

In 2025, the Big Bus visited 130 communities, carrying out 2,226 mammograms, 1,016 health checks and 230 skin cancer assessments.

Centra Strand Road is one of three North West stores operated by the Moran family, who have also been recognised for their fundraising success at their Centra Coleraine location, raising £2,529 in 2025 for Action Cancer.
