A 41 year old man is due to appear before Magherafelt Magistrates Court (pictured) this morning charged with two counts of burglary and arson.
It is understood the charges relate to a burglary and report of arson at business premises in the Upperlands area on Wednesday, June 25.
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
