A 53 year old man is due to appear at Derry Magistrates Court this morning charged in connection with a house fire in Dungiven.
Police investigating the blaze have charged the man with arson endangering life with intent.
The charges relate to a fire at a terrace house at Rannyglass in the early hours of Friday morning last.
No one was injured in the incident.
