A 32 year-old man has pleaded guilty to stealing a bra and knickers from a mobile changing room area in Ebrington Square.
Seamus Bonner of Ivy Terrace appeared before Derry Magistrates Court charged with burglary by entering a mobile changing room in Ebrington Square on April 11, 2014, and stealing a bra and panties.
A pre-sentence report is being prepared and Bonner will appear back before the court again on June 20.
