Derry Magistrate's Court
A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a series of driving offences.
Dean Beattie (29) of Aberfoyle Terrace in Derry appeared at a preliminary enquiry at the local Magistrate's Court today.
He was charged with driving while disqualified and driving dangerously on January 26 this year.
He was also charged with driving while disqualified and with a false registration mark on February 2 this year.
It was accepted there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
Beattie said he did not want to call any witnesses or make any statement at this stage.
He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on January 5 next year and released on bail.
