Three to appear on firearm charges after County Derry collision

The charge relates to a traffic collision near Coleraine on Tuesday.

Three to appear in court for possessing a firearm in County Derry

The charges are linked to a collision on the Drumcroon Road near Coleraine on Tuesday.

Three men aged 63, 23 and 20 years old have been charged with a number of offences including possession of firearm or imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, theft, criminal damage, handling stolen goods and other motoring offences.

The charges relate to an road traffic collision on the Drumcroon Road, Coleraine on Tuesday, April 5, and a number of related incidents across Counties Armagh, Tyrone and Derry on the same day.

All three men are due to appear at Coleraine Magistrates Court this morning (April 8). As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
