The PSNI in the North West have been partnering with the Donegal Gardai over the last ten days to target rural crime.
A spokesperson said: "We have been working closely over the last 10 days with our colleagues in An Garda Siochana, carrying out patrols on both sides of the border.
"We have been working closely in partnership to detect and prevent rural crime with a cross border dimension right across all of our border areas.
"We aim that the Joint Agency Cross Border Task Force will continue this work, so for anyone out there who is involved in criminality and thinks that jumping jurisdictions will keep them safe from detection and prosecution...think again."
