An appeal has been issued to parents of children in the Bogside area of Derry to check on their whereabouts after another night of trouble. The trouble flared just hours after a community rally was organised in opposition to the ongoing attacks on the Fountain, pictured above. A PSNI helicopter is currently monitoring the area. Parents of children living in the area have now been urged to check on their children's whereabouts. In a statement on its Facebook page, the Long Tower YC wrote: "Can we ask all parents to check where their children are as there is ongoing anti-community behaviour in the Bogside. "Yet again the older members of our community are being held to ransom because of the behaviour of a few. "This behaviour is unacceptable and it needs to be stopped ASAP."
