Compassionate bail application for Karol Kelly murder accused adjourned until Friday

Two Derry men charged with the murder of Karol Kelly on March 4 this year have had a compassionate bail application adjourned until Friday. Gary Anderson (21) and Sean Anderson (20) both of Grafton Street in Derry appeared at Derry Magistrate's Court sitting in Omagh where it was proposed to hear the bail application. However defence solicitor Mr. Kevin Casey asked for that case to be adjourned until Friday. Both men also faced a charge of assaulting a man occasioning him actual bodily harm on July 1 last year.
