Two men arrested and charged with arson with intent to endanger life in Derry after police pursuit

Police in Derry have charged two men aged 21 with a number of offences including arson with intent to endanger life in relation to incidents across Derry yesterday with arrests following a police pursuit which ended at Chapel Road. The men are further charged with aggravated taking and driving away, dangerous driving and possession of an offensive weapon. One of the men is due to appear at Omagh MC on Saturday, August 4, and the second man will appear at Omagh MC on Wednesday, August 29. As is normal procedure all charges are reviewed by the PPS.
