Two men have pleaded not guilty at their arraignment at the Crown Court in Derry to possessing a quantity of cocaine last year. Thirty-three years old Matthew Curry from Mount Street and twenty-one years old Declan Wells, whose address was given as Thornlea in Lurgan, both replied not guilty to a charge they had in their possession, with intent to supply, cocaine on November 15 of last year. They also denied a charge that they possessed the drug on the same date. The case was adjourned until September 6 when a date for their trial is expected to be fixed and they were released on continuing bail until then.
