Derry councillor calls for 'calm and restraint' following the vandalism of a house in Ballymagroarty area of Derry last night

Derry Sinn Féin Councillor Eric McGinley has called for calm and restraint following the vandalism of a house in Ballymagroarty. Cllr. McGinley said: “It is my understanding that a dispute within the Travelling community led to last night’s vandalism which was carried out on a vacant house in Ballymagroarty. "I would appeal to those involved to resolve their differences and refrain from a repeat of this type of aggression which only serves to create a negative picture of the neighbourhood.”
