Police appeal for information after daylight theft of scaffolding

Police in Derry are appealing for information following a report of theft from the Limavady Road area of the city. It was reported that a quantity of scaffolding was stolen from the area sometime between noon on 13 December. Appealing for information, Constable Blair said enquiries are continuing. He added: “We are appealing to anyone who saw a lorry in the area at the time of the incident with a crane attached or anyone with dash-cam footage at the time of the incident to contact police on 101, quoting reference number 860 16/12/18. "Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.”
