Michelle O'Neill in Derry tonight to speak at major Dail Eireann anniversary event

Sinn Féin's leader in the North, Michelle O'Neill, will speak at a major event being hosted by the part in Derry tonight to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the first Dáil Éireann. The event, taking place in the Guildhall, will feature an exhibition from from 6.45pm followed by the main event at 7.00pm which will include an address by Sinn Féin Vice-President Michelle O’Neill. Foyle MLA Raymond McCartney said the event was free and open to the public and entry would be permitted on a first come first served basis. He added: "We anticipate a large crowd, therefore I would encourage people to arrive early. Limited edition historical packs will issued to all who attend  the An Chéad Dáil event." Mr McCartney concluded: “There will be an large exhibition in the Guildhall from 6.45pm. This will be followed by the main event at 7pm which will be addressed by Sinn Féin Vice-President Michelle O’Neill.”
