Derry man returned for trial on cocaine supply charge

A Derry man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on drug charges. Dillon Quigley (24), of Dove Gardens, appeared at a preliminary enquiry at the local Magistrate's Court. He was charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine on dates between June 18 2017 and January 23 2018. He was also charged with being concerned in the supply of cannabis on the same dates. It was accepted there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions. Quigley said he did not want to call any witnesses or make any statement at this time. He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on February 21 and released on bail.
