Ballyarnett SDLP Councillor Angela Dobbins has welcomed the approval by the planning service for 146 dwellings on the Skeoge Link Rd.
“This further development by Apex housing will assist in addressing the housing deficit in the Ballyarnett district and the city.”
The proposed development comprises of four, three and two bedroomed houses and apartments incorporating dwellings for complex needs.
“I am pleased that play provision and green space has been included. These houses have been planned to a very high standard as with existing dwelling in the Skeoge area, I would commend Apex housing for their design,” she said.
