Trio to appear at Derry Magistrates Court in connection with series of drugs offences

Two men and a woman are due to appear at Derry Magistrates Court this morning (Thursday, May 2) to face charges on a number of drug related offences. Police have said that a third man was also arrested in relation to the case and is still in custody being questioned in relation to the supply of a class B drug. The two men and the woman scheduled to appear at court this morning are facing charges which include in the supply of a class A controlled drug, conspiracy to supply a class B controlled drug, possessing criminal property and concealing criminal property. The PSNI has added that all four suspects were brought to Northern Ireland after being arrested in England and Wales on Tuesday and the arrests followed after  a year long police investigation into the supply of drugs through the postal system.
