A man has appeared at Derry Magistrates' Court today charged with breaching a non-molestation order. 
Matthew Curry (41) of Clon Elagh in Derry was charged with breaching a non-molestation order on March 14.
The court was told that Curry was not to have contact with a named woman nor was he to enter Cornshell Fields in the city. 
A police officer told the court that the woman claimed that Curry had called her son to say he was outside.
The woman went to the window and claimed she saw Curry in the passenger seat of a car across the road. 
Defence counsel Stephen Chapman said that his client did not accept that he had been in Cornshell Fields and maintained the woman was mistaken. 
He said that there had been a month since this incident and there had been no other incidents. 
District Judge Oonagh Mullan readmitted Curry to bail on the same conditions and he will appear again on April 24.
