The PSNI
Police in Derry investigating a report of theft from a shopping centre in the Orchard Street area of the city, have charged a man to court.
The 38-year-old was arrested by District Support Team officers on Thursday, November 20 and has been charged with two counts of theft.
He is due to appear before Derry Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, December 17.
As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
