Derry Magistrate's Court
A man has been remanded in custody at Derry Magistrate's Court charged with a number of drug offences.
Robert Rogan (40) of Crawford Court in Derry was charged with, between October 21 and November 18 last year, being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.
He was also charged with, between August and November last year, being concerned in the supply of other drugs as well as being concerned in the offer to supply of class A and class C drugs.
Defence solicitor Seamus Quigley did not make any bail application at this point, asking for Rogan to appear again on November 10 so an application can be made then.
