CCEA’s Results Helpline is available to assist students, parents, and teachers with queries about a range of qualifications, including AS/A levels, GCSEs, Occupational Studies, Vocational Qualifications, the Certificate of Personal Effectiveness (CoPE) and Online Language Assessment (OLA).
The service will go live at 8.00am on Thursday, August 14, coinciding with AS/A level results day. From Friday, August 15 to Wednesday, August 27, the helpline will operate Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Michael McAuley, Interim Director of Qualifications at CCEA, emphasised the importance of this service: “Results day is a significant milestone, but it can also be a time of uncertainty for our students.
"Our helpline is here to ensure they and their families can access timely, accurate information and guidance about their results and the post-results services available.
