Translink suspend bus services to Galliagh area of Derry due to 'anti-social behaviour'
Translink has suspended its Foyle Metro 12a services serving the Galliagh area of the city following 'anti-social behaviour' by young people.
Sinn Fein councillor for the area, Sandra Duffy, said: "Really disappointed that Translink have had to suspend services, please be aware that anti-social behaviour can have an impact on services in the community.
"I ask that people stop attacking buses and parents please ensure your children are not involved."
A spokesperson for Translink said: "Foyle Metro 12a services will terminate at Slievemore stop and operate back along Glengalliagh Road to Bradley Pass. Buses will not serve Moss Road and White Chapel for the rest of the evening."
