Republican Sinn Féin held a commemoration for Seán Keenan in Derry's Bogside on Sunday.
The commemoration was chaired by Republican Sinn Féin honorary vice president Mickey McGonigle, from Dungiven, and took place at the memorial in the Bogside and was attended by upwards of 45 people.
Wreaths were laid by Seán's daughter, Nora Canning and Fergal McAloon.
Further wreaths were laid on behalf of the leadership of Republican Sinn Féin (CIRA) and Anthony laid a wreath on behalf of the Ulster Executive of Republican Sinn Féin.
Mary Ward laid a wreath at the Bloody Sunday Memorial in the Bogside on behalf of Republican Sinn Féin.
Hester McElhinney recited a decade of the rosary in Irish and Martin Duffy, of Lurgan, vice president of Republican Sinn Féin read the proclamation.
The oration was delivered by Ard Comhairle member, John Joe McCusker, from Fermanagh.
The proceedings came to an end with Mickey McGonigle singing Amhrán na bhFiann.
