57-year-old man, arrested for drink driving to appear at Derry Magistrates' Court

The man was arrested by officers from the Derry City and Strabane District Support Team in the Waterside area of the city on Thursday, February 27 has been charged with driving with excess alcohol in his breath

A 57-year-old man, arrested by officers from the Derry City and Strabane District Support Team in the Waterside area of the city on Thursday, February 27 has been charged with driving with excess alcohol in his breath.

He is expected to appear before Derry Magistrates' Court on Friday, February 28.

As is usual procedure, the charge will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
