Two people have been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on charges including theft and drug possession following a preliminary enquiry at Derry Magistrates' Court.
Cavan White (33) of Rossnagalliagh in Derry was charged with, on December 29, 2023 stealing £361 worth of clothing from House of Frasier.
He was also charged with assault causing actual bodily harm and possession of pregabalin.
