Some of what was seized today (Feburary 5) by the Derry City & Strabane District Support Team.
Police in Derry have seized suspected Class B drugs with an estimated street value of approximately £6,500, along with cash.
The seizures were made during a search conducted by District Support Team officers at a property in the cityside this afternoon, Wednesday, February 5.
As part of enquiries, a man, aged 21 years old, has been arrested on suspicion of Possession of a Class B controlled drug, Attempted possession of a Class B controlled drug with intent to supply, and Possessing criminal property. He remains in custody at this time.
Enquiries are ongoing.
District Support Team Inspector Pearce urges anyone with information, or concerns, about drugs activity in their area to report it.
