Man charged with driving-related incident in Derry to appear in court

A 33-year-old man has been charged with offences to appear before Derry Magistrates' Court on February 5.

The offences are failing to co-operate with a preliminary test and failing to provide a specimen when in charge unfit.

The charges follow a report of driving-related incident just before 1.40pm in the Nelson Drive area of the Waterside in Derry on January 13. 

"As is normal procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service," a PSNI spokesperson said.
