“The mix of houses and apartments offered in this development means they are suitable for a variety of people – from those who live alone, couples or larger families and I expect the units in the finished development to be in high demand.”

He continued: "It also brings hope for all those navigating Caw Roundabout that a solution will be found to the traffic collisions, congestion and unsafe nature of this part of our road network for all those - pedestrians, cyclists and motorists - who use it.
"As the developer’s agent outlined at the Planning Committee, there are negotiations underway with the Department for Infrastructure on the timeframe and trigger points for the work on the roundabouts. Mark H Durkan MLA and I met with the developer a few months ago.
"The developer has indicated that they’re willing to pay for the Caw upgrade in full. I hope that the Department for Infrastructure can reach a positive agreement with the developer to see this be delivered as soon as possible."
