Police search for owner of 'significant sum' of money found in Derry

Police in Derry have issued a notice on social media regarding a "significant" sum of money found. 
Police say a member of the public handed in the money to the Strand Road PSNI Station.
The money had been left at the ATM at Sainsburys on the Strand Road on Wednesday, October 16 at around 11.00am. 
Police will return the money to whoever owns it, once they can verify the transaction. 
The rightful owner can call into the Strand Road station or call 101 to have their money returned.
