A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a series of drug charges.
Peter Mongan (27) of Bond's Hill in Derry appeared at a preliminary enquiry at the local Magistrate's Court today.
He is charged with being concerned in an offer to supply Pregablin and Diazepam on August 7 2022.
He is further charged with possessing cannabis with intent to supply and possessing the drug on August 9 2022 as well as two charges of possessing Pregablin and Diazepam on the same date.
It was accepted there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
Mongan said he did not want to call any witnesses or make any statement at this stage.
He was returned for trial in custody to appear at Derry Crown Court on September 7.
