A woman has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a charge of causing a man to engage in sexual activity without his consent.
Amy Gallon (31) with an address at Annadale Crescent in Belfast appeared at a preliminary enquiry at Derry Magistrate's Court today.
She faced a total of three charges one being causing a male to engage in sexual activity on November 29 2020.
She was also charged with wounding the same man with intent to occasion him grievous bodily harm on the same date.
Finally she was charged with possessing an offensive weapon namely a Stanley knife on the same date.
It was accepted there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
Gallon said she did not wish to call any witnesses or make any statement at this stage.
She was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on May 23 and released on bail.
