The man arrested for ramming a garda car has been further remanded in custody
A 46-year-old man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a series of drug charges.
The man, who has been granted anonymity due to the general threat existing in the city, appeared at a preliminary enquiry at the local Magistrate's Court today.
He is charged with being concerned in the supply of cannabis on dates between March 17 2017 and November 18 2017.
He also faces two charges of possessing class B drugs on November 18 2017.
It was accepted there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
The man said he did not want to call any witnesses or make any statement at this stage.
He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on February 23 and released on bail.
