Biggest ever Project Santa event at County Derry company

As the festive season is well and truly upon us, there is a very special group of elves working tirelessly behind the scenes at Specialist Group to prepare for their biggest ever Project Santa appeal.

Having been interrupted by Covid over the last two years, the team at Specialist Group are determined to return for 2022 with an even bigger and better programme of festive events than ever before.

Over two days Specialist HQ will once again transform into a “Secret Christmas Winter Wonderland” where Santa will be visiting to make final quality checks of the toys the Specialist team are making for him!

As always, 100% of the proceeds of this ambitious event will be donated to local charities.

Specialist Group MD, Ciaran O’Hagan, has extended an invitation to everyone to join them for what promises to be a very special occasion.

“We are delighted to be able to invite you and your families back to Specialist Group HQ and become a part of the magic as we get ready for Christmas the Specialist way,” he said.

“This amazing event will run for two full days on Saturday the 3rd and Sunday the 4th of December so that as many people as possible get to experience all we have in store.”

Activities at the event will include meeting with Santa, a commemorative digital photo, live entertainment presented by Sarah Travers and Grassmen, a VIP welcome from Disney & Pixar characters, unlimited access to PROJECT SANTA & Specialist’s Secret Christmas Wonderland, goody bag from Santa for all children, indoor adventure playground extravaganza catering for all age groups, complimentary meal voucher for an indoor food fayre by Arbutus Catering and free parking onsite.

The event will be held indoors, so regardless of what the weather has in store, Specialist can guarantee you’re kept warm and dry as you celebrate these festivities with them.

As with 2019’s event, all proceeds raised will go directly to support the company’s charity legacy initiatives: Hope Foodbank, Maghera Cross Community Link, Steps, NI Chest Heart and Stroke, The Alzheimer’s Society, Marie Curie, Action for Cancer, Charis Integrated Cancer Care, Macmillan Cancer Support, Mental Health UK, Air Ambulance NI and Sands.

In a new departure for 2022, Specialist has gone a step further with the addition of their Ultimate Christmas Charity Raffle – a fantastic way to donate to these wonderful charities whilst enjoying the opportunity to win top prizes including a ‘Win your mortgage paid for the year’ prize!

Other prizes include a family holiday for 4, a petrol go-kart, 1000 litres of home heating oil, £500 diesel or petrol voucher, laptop and many more.
