Loup Comhaltas Branch will host the County Derry Fleadh later this month.

Set on the scenic shores of Lough Neagh, across The Loup and Ballyronan, County Derry Fleadh 2026 promises a vibrant celebration of Irish traditional music, culture, and community.

The Fleadh will feature a full programme of music competitions, with participants of all ages competing for the opportunity to progress to the Ulster Fleadh and ultimately Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann in Belfast.

As the first Fleadh in Ulster in the All-Ireland series, it marks the opening step on the road to Belfast.

Alongside competitions, the weekend will include a music session trail, singing session, and an Irish language event, drawing visitors from across Derry and the wider Ulster region for a weekend full of music and craic.

The Fleadh will run from April 23 to 26.
