A green-fingered couple from Derry are set to feature in a new six-part television series to be aired on BBC1 this week.
Adrienne and Ronnie Kelly transformed their two acre garden after beginning work on it 12 years ago.
The couple, who reside at Glenshane Road on the outskirts of the city, created individual garden rooms which they open to the public.
The impressive space, named 'Oak Gardens', which is also used to host charity events, caught the attention of u105's garden guru Trevor Edwards, who approached the Kellys and encouraged them to take part in a new BBC series.
'Greatest Gardens' follows gardening experts Carol Klein and Diarmuid Gavin as they go on the road to find Northern Ireland’s best gardens.

Diarmuid brings his trademark flair for design and Carol offers her extensive knowledge of plants and keen eye for detail as they visit 15 home gardens of all shapes and sizes.

In each episode, Carol and Diarmuid meet the homeowners who have transformed ordinary spaces into extraordinary sanctuaries. They are also joined by a celebrity guest who helps them assess the overall design, creativity, planting skills and environmental awareness of three gardens competing for a place in the grand final in a bid to win the Greatest Garden title.
Presenter, writer and model Katie Piper accompanied Carol and Diarmuid to Derry.
Adrienne said: “We had a fun day filming and really enjoyed taking part in the series.”
Oak Gardens will feature on Greatest Gardens which will air on BBC1 on Monday evening, April 13 at 8.30pm. It will also be available on BBC iPlayer.
