Mental health charity ALPS (All Lives Are Precious) has been announced as the official charity partner of Derry GAA for 2026.
The charity, which was founded in 2014 to support mental health, suicide prevention and emotional wellbeing, provides community outreach, counselling and education services.
A spokesperson for the group said: "It's an absolute honour and a privilege that today we are delighted to announce that ALPS has been selected as the official charity partner of Derry GAA for the 2026 season.
"The GAA is the heartbeat of many of our local communities, and this partnership represents a powerful opportunity to foster resilience and provide support directly within the sporting community.
"We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Derry GAA Chairman John Keenan and the entire County Board for their collaboration and support in making this partnership possible.
"Together, we are committed to raising awareness, breaking stigmas, and ensuring that mental health support is accessible to all.
"We look forward with huge anticipation to working in partnership with the County Board and all the Clubs across the county over the year ahead, united in the belief that All Lives Are Precious."
