More damage to homes being refurbished in Creggan Heights

Derry City and Strabane District councillor Emma McGinley (Sinn Féin) has asked parents to speak to their young people to ensure they are not involved in damage to homes currently under refurbishment in Creggan Heights.
Cllr McGinley said: "Unfortunately, I have been contacted to report yet more damage to the homes that are being refurbished in Creggan Heights.
"There have been a number of incidents in recent weeks and the contractor involved have informed community representatives that their contractors will potentially have to stop work if these continue," she added.
"We need to remember that this scheme is about investing in local people's homes so I would appeal to those involved to think about the impact of their actions.
"We have all fought long and hard to secure this £12.4 million investment into Creggan Heights and I don't want to see that jeopardised because of the misguided actions of a few people.
"Please speak with your children and young people and ensure they're not involved."
