Mid Ulster Council announces finalists for Business & Environment Awards 2026

The finalists have been revealed.

Mid Ulster District Council is pleased to announce the finalists for the Business & Environment Awards, following the completion of the judging process.

The awards ceremony will take place on February 19 at The Burnavon, Cookstown, celebrating the outstanding achievements of local businesses and organisations across the district.

The event will be hosted by Council Chair, Councillor Frances Burton, alongside local personality Lynette Faye, who will co-host the evening and welcome finalists and guests to the celebration.

Councillor Frances Burton said: “These finalists represent the best of our district – from pioneering environmental projects to thriving local businesses. It’s a privilege to shine a spotlight on their success and commitment to our community."

The Business & Environment Awards recognise businesses and organisations that are driving economic growth while promoting sustainability and community impact across Mid Ulster. Finalists were selected following a rigorous judging process by an independent panel.
